首尔11月1日电 韩华防务美国公司周日表示，已与Tote Services签署一份价值2.69亿美元的合同，为美国海军建造一艘中型登陆舰。
SEOUL, Nov 1 - Hanwha Defense USA said on Sunday it had signed a $269 million contract with Tote Services to build a medium landing ship for US Navy.
韩华在声明中称，这艘排水量2687吨、长100米的舰艇将用于包括印太地区在内的争议水域行动。
The 2,687-ton, 100-metre vessel is to be used for operations in disputed waters including the Indo-Pacific region, Hanwha said in a statement.
公司表示，该舰将在美国韩资拥有的费城造船厂建造，这是韩华于2024年12月收购该设施以来的首单订单。
The ship is to be built at the South Korean-owned Philly Shipyard in the US under the first order since Hanwha acquired the facility in December 2024, the company said.
