交易所运营商 Euronext 计划用 David Knibbe 接替首席执行官 Stéphane Boujnah，Knibbe 将从 NN Group 加盟。
Exchange operator Euronext is planning to replace Chief Executive Officer Stéphane Boujnah with David Knibbe, who will join from NN Group.
Euronext 在周一的一份声明中表示，此举是继“Boujnah 决定于 2027 年 5 月卸任”之后作出的，并称已进行了“彻底且审慎的遴选程序”。Knibbe 的正式提名定于 5 月 20 日的年度股东大会上进行。
The move follows “Boujnah’s decision to step down from his role in May 2027,” Euronext said in a statement Monday. It said it had conducted “a thorough and diligent selection process.”The formal nomination of Knibbe is scheduled for the annual general meeting on May 20.
NN Group 在另一份声明中表示，打算任命 Tjeerd Bosklopper 为 CEO，并补充称 Knibbe 将于 3 月 1 日卸任该公司职务。
NN Group said in a separate statement that it intends to appoint Tjeerd Bosklopper as CEO. It added that Knibbe will step down from his role at the firm on March 1.
