雅加达：印度尼西亚当局揭露了一个人口贩运集团，涉及58名据称被招募前往俄罗斯担任雇佣兵的公民。
JAKARTA: Indonesian authorities have uncovered a human trafficking syndicate involving 58 citizens who were allegedly recruited to work as mercenaries in Russia.
国家警察刑事调查部门（Bareskrim Polri）周一（11月2日）表示，已有13人被列为嫌疑人，其中包括两名俄罗斯公民和一名乌克兰公民。
Thirteen people have been named as suspects, including two Russians and a Ukrainian citizen, the National Police Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim Polri) said on Monday (Nov 2).
国家通讯社安塔拉报道，Bareskrim Polri打击针对妇女儿童犯罪及人口贩运犯罪总监努鲁尔·阿齐扎在新闻发布会上表示，犯罪分子利用社交媒体、招聘网站和通讯应用，以丰厚的海外就业机会为诱饵引诱受害者。
Nurul Azizah, director of Bareskrim Polri's directorate of crimes against women and children and human trafficking, said at a press conference that the perpetrators used social media, job portals and messaging apps to lure victims with promises of lucrative overseas employment, state news agency Antara reported.
针对CNA的询问，努鲁尔周二回应称：“我们正通过印尼国家警察国际关系处和外交部进行协调。一切仍在进一步审查中。”
“We are coordinating through the Indonesian National Police’s International Relations Division and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Everything is still under further review,” Nurul said in response to CNA's queries on Tuesday.
受害者最初被提供物流、边境安全和国防建设等岗位工作，但在经历招聘流程并被派往俄罗斯后，会被要求签署担任雇佣兵的合同，接受训练，并可能被部署至冲突地区。

The victims were initially offered jobs in logistics, border security and defence construction, but after going through the recruitment process and being dispatched to Russia, they would be directed to sign contracts to serve as mercenaries, undergo training and potentially be deployed to conflict zones“It is true that they did not directly offer jobs as mercenaries, but rather as logistics workers,” Nurul told reporters in Jakarta on Monday, as quoted by Kompas.
受害者被承诺最高可达3.5万美元的奖金，以及每月约3000美元的薪水。
The victims were promisedg bonuses of up to US$35,000 and monthly salaries of around US$3,000.
雅加达首都特区警察局妇女儿童保护总监丽塔·乌兰达里·维博沃表示，招募者还向部分受害者承诺每月超过300万印尼盾的子女津贴及其他福利，据《康帕斯日报》报道。
Rita Wulandari Wibowo, director of Women and Child Protection at Metro Jaya Regional Police, said that recruiters also promised some victims child allowances of more than 3 million rupiah along with other benefits, Kompas reported.
丽塔周一表示：“但实际上，这些承诺没有一项兑现；实际数额低得多，部分受害者至今尚未收到任何款项。”
“But in reality, none of these promises were fulfilled; the actual values were significantly lower, with some victims yet to receive any payments to this day,” Rita said on Monday.
警方在接到五份报案后，确认了58名受害者身份。印尼国家警察刑事调查局（Bareskrim Polri）正会同西雅加达都会警察局、雅加达首都特区警察局（Metro Jaya Regional Police）和茂物警方展开调查。
The 58 individuals were identified after five police reports were made. Bareskrim Polri, together with the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Metro Jaya Regional Police and the Bogor Police, are investigating.
在茂物警方侦办的一起案件中，受害者曾被暂时安置在茂物市苏卡曼特里村（Sukamantri Village）的一处设施内，两名以FIK和STH首字母为代号的嫌疑人负责监管受害者在等待出发期间的生活安排。
In a case investigated by the Bogor Police, victims were temporarily housed at a facility in Sukamantri Village in Bogor, with two suspects, identified by the initials FIK and STH, responsible for overseeing the victims’ living arrangements while they awaited departure.
据《康帕斯报》（Kompas）报道，另一名代号为MBH的嫌疑人在整个过程中充当出资人，承担了招募费用、住宿费、体检费、日常伙食费及交通安排等开支。
Another suspect identified as MBH served as the financier throughout this process, covering recruitment expenses, lodging fees, medical check-ups, daily food costs and travelling arrangements, Kompas reported.
