The National Land Monetisation Corporation (NLMC) is targeting an additional ₹5,000-6,000 crore worth of land sales belonging to central public sector enterprises (CPSEs) in FY27, CEO Rohan Thakur said.

Thakur said the corporation has already tied up CPSE land sales worth around ₹9,000 crore for the current financial year. However, the proceeds from these transactions are yet to be realised.
2026-27财年的土地货币化项目管线包括马哈纳加尔电话尼加姆有限公司（MTNL）、印度电信有限公司（BSNL）、国家钢铁公司（RINL）、印度电话工业公司（ITI）和HIL（印度）有限公司的资产。
The land monetisation pipeline for FY27 includes properties belonging to MTNL, BSNL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), ITI and HIL.

The CEO said that a number of ministries have reached out to NLMC , after e- auctioning 180 plots of Rashtriya Ispaat in Vizag in two phases. The first phase of auctioning netted Rs 366cr against a reserve price of Rs 312cr. The phase 2 auction results are awaited.

According to NLMC , this is the first consolidated land piece being auctioned and could set the benchmark for similar future sales. The reserve price has been set at Rs 829cr and interest has been shown by Godrej Properties, Omaxe, M3M as the land can be used either for residential or commercial development.
