土耳其农业和林业部长易卜拉欣·尤马克利周二强调土耳其与阿塞拜疆的紧密关系，表示土耳其机构和企业继续为从占领中解放的领土的重建和发展做出贡献。
Turkish Agriculture and Forestry Minister Ibrahim Yumakli on Tuesday highlighted the close ties between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, saying Turkish institutions and companies continue to contribute to the reconstruction and development of territories liberated from occupation.
“我们的机构和企业也通过其专注的努力，参与到从占领的黑暗中解放出来的领土的发展和重建行动中，”尤马克利说。
“Our institutions and companies are also taking part, through their dedicated efforts, in the development and reconstruction drive in territories freed from the darkness of occupation,” Yumakli said.
尤马克利出席了阿塞拜疆驻安卡拉大使馆在加济军官招待所举办的、纪念阿塞拜疆11月8日胜利日的招待会。
Yumakli attended a reception marking Azerbaijan’s Nov. 8 Victory Day, hosted by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Ankara at the Gazi Officers’ Guesthouse.
他在活动上发言时表示，土耳其与阿塞拜疆的关系遵循“一个民族，两个国家”的原则，并补充说土耳其分享阿塞拜疆胜利的喜悦。
Speaking at the event, he said relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan are guided by the principle of “One nation, two states,” adding that Türkiye shares in the joy of Azerbaijan’s victory.
尤马克利说，在阿塞拜疆总统伊利哈姆·阿利耶夫的领导下，阿塞拜疆在44天内创造了历史，他向在战争中牺牲的人们致敬，并向帮助将阿塞拜疆领土重新与祖国团聚的退伍军人表示感谢。
Under the leadership of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan made history in 44 days, Yumakli said, paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the war and expressing gratitude to veterans who helped reunite Azerbaijani territories with their homeland.
他说，通过《舒沙宣言》，两国关系被提升到同盟水平，并将该协议描述为深化双边关系的重要一步，超越了单纯的政治意愿联合宣言。
He said relations between the two countries were elevated to the level of an alliance through the Shusha Declaration, describing the agreement as an important step in deepening bilateral ties beyond a joint declaration of political will.
他补充说，土耳其和阿塞拜疆将继续努力，将双方合作推向更高水平。
Türkiye and Azerbaijan will continue working to take their cooperation to higher levels, he added.
尤马克利还表示，卡拉巴赫的军事胜利为在整个地区建立持久和平、稳定和安全打开了历史性的机遇之窗。
Yumakli also said the military victory in Karabakh had opened a historic window of opportunity for establishing lasting peace, stability and security across the region.
“将我们的地区转变为一个持久稳定和永久和平盛行的繁荣流域，是我们所有人肩负的最大责任，”他说。
“Transforming our region into a basin of prosperity where lasting stability and eternal peace prevail is the greatest responsibility on all our shoulders,” he said.
他补充说，两国总统提出的区域合作机制基于一种愿景，将服务于该地区所有国家和人民的共同繁荣。尤马克利最后向阿塞拜疆在胜利日表示衷心祝贺。
He added that regional cooperation mechanisms put forward by the two countries’ presidents were based on a vision that would serve the shared prosperity of all countries and peoples in the region. Yumakli concluded by extending his heartfelt congratulations to Azerbaijan on its Victory Day.
