东京，11月4日电：两名知情人士透露，日本国家支持的基金日本投资公司（JIC）计划将芯片制造材料商JSR出售给三井化学，交易金额可能超过1.3万亿日元（约合82亿美元）。
TOKYO, Nov 4 : Japan Investment Corp (JIC), a state-backed fund, plans to sell chipmaking materials maker JSR to Mitsui Chemicals in a deal that could exceed 1.3 trillion yen ($8.20 billion), two people familiar with the matter said.
其中一名知情人士表示，决定最快可能在本月内做出。因信息尚未公开，两人均拒绝透露姓名。JIC、JSR和三井化学均未回复置评请求。
A decision could come as soon as within the month, one of the people said. Both people declined to be identified as the information is not public. JIC, JSR and Mitsui Chemicals did not reply to a request for comment.

Reuters, which previously reported JIC is considering selling JSR, is reporting the final buyer for the first time.

JIC acquired JSR for some 900 billion yen two years ago and had said it planned to use the business to drive consolidation in the semiconductor materials sector.

此次交易可能成为日本化工行业最大规模交易之一，超过2020年昭和电工收购日立化成并成立Resonac Holdings的交易规模。
The deal could be among the largest in Japan's chemicals sector, exceeding the 2020 acquisition of Hitachi Chemical by Showa Denko which created Resonac Holdings.

Mitsui Chemicals had 217.8 billion yen in cash and cash equivalents and 876.4 billion yen in interest-bearing debt as at the end of June. Its debt-to-equity ratio, a measure of financial soundness, stood at 0.75.
