Group, a Vietnamese tech company backed by Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte, is considering reviving a listing in the US, according to people familiar with the matter.
知情人士称，总部位于胡志明市的VNG已联系财务顾问，商讨潜在交易事宜，这些人士因信息尚未公开而要求不具名。其中一位人士表示，VNG在重启上市中可能寻求募集约3亿美元资金，估值最高可达30亿美元。该人士称，股份出售最快可能于明年进行。
Ho Chi Minh City-based VNG has reached out to financial advisers about working on the potential deal, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information isn’t public. VNG could seek about $300 million in a revived listing based on a valuation of as much as $3 billion, one of the people said. The share sale might take place as soon as next year, the person said.

VNG has been exploring a public offering in the US for almost a decade. It most recently filed for a US share sale in August 2023, but postponed the plan a month later and then withdrew its registration for the offering in early 2024.
