俄罗斯周日早晨对乌克兰-波兰边境附近一列开往华沙的列车发动无人机袭击，欧盟外交政策负责人卡娅·卡拉斯周一表示，此举意在推动西方国家停止对基辅的支持。

“这显然意在吓唬西方国家，使其停止对乌克兰的支持，并避免前往那里展示支持，”卡拉斯在抵达芬兰参加一场北极峰会后告诉记者。

法国外交部长让-诺埃尔·巴罗附和了卡拉斯的说法，称这些袭击旨在“恐吓欧洲人，使他们气馁，最重要的是分裂他们”。乌克兰国家铁路运营商证实，无人机击中了沃伦州距边境两公里处一列客运列车的机车。

袭击中无人受伤，但事发前不久，一列载有西方知名官员和顾问的火车刚刚沿同一线路驶过——这令人担忧，那列外交专列可能才是真正的目标。

乌克兰铁路运营商表示，“这架俄罗斯无人机的目标也很有可能是那列外交专列”。乘客包括英国前首相鲍里斯·约翰逊、前中央情报局局长戴维·彼得雷乌斯以及英国国家安全顾问乔纳森·鲍威尔。

俄罗斯国防部在一份声明中表示，其打击了乌克兰西部用于从欧洲“运输军事货物”的铁路基础设施。

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha responded to Sunday’s border strikes with a post on X stating that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forces are “knocking directly on the doors of the EU and NATO,” and urged Ukraine’s allies to “throw the full weight of your sanctions at Putin’s aggressive regime.” Earlier this month, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned of upcoming threats to Europe’s borders following a Russian strike at a Moldova-Ukraine border crossing that killed two people.“As you know, Russia has already resorted to provocative attacks on border crossings — for instance, in Moldova. We expect similar actions targeting border crossings with Ukraine in other countries, including Poland,” said Tusk.
