Metro’s stores and properties will be placed under the management of JSC UK Torg Rus, according to the text of the order published Monday. The entity wased in Moscow earlier this month, with charter capital of only 10,000 rubles ($118), according to company registry data. The company’s chief executive officer is Johannes Maria Tolay, who also heads the Russian unit of Metro.
