India’s telecom regulator has introduced stricter rules requiring operators to act against senders identified as suspected spammers by AI or machine-learning systems.

The measures include fresh KYC checks, temporary suspension of outgoing services for first-time violations and disconnection and blacklisting for repeat offenders.
修订后的规定还调整了消费者垃圾信息拦截偏好设置以及商业通信相关规则。
The amended regulations also revise consumer spam-blocking preferences and rules governing commercial communications.
