By Ott Tammik Estonia’s government said with “full confidence” that Russian special services commissioned an August arson attack against a defense manufacturing facility in Tallinn.
爱沙尼亚总理克里斯滕·米哈尔在周二的新闻发布会上表示，8月15日晚对Milrem公司的纵火袭击属于破坏行为。
“The arson attack on Milrem in Estonia on the night of 15 August was an act of sabotage,” Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal said in a press release on Tuesday.
