TOKYO, Sept 30 : Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi will pledge a nimble response to any unexpected developments in the economy and financial markets in a policy speech next week, the Nikkei newspaper said on Wednesday.
该报称，在定于10月5日召开的临时国会第一天的讲话中，高市还将解释政府将根据利率走势决定年度债券发行规模。
In remarks set for the first day of an extraordinary parliamentary session on October 5, Takaichi will also explain that the government will decide the size of annual debt issuance with an eye on interest rate developments, the paper said.
该报补充说，虽然政府已排除编制补充预算的可能性，但高市将解释政府将如何根据经济状况灵活应对。首相办公室暂未置评。
While the administration has ruled out compiling a supplementary budget, Takaichi will explain how it will respond nimbly depending on economic conditions, the paper added. The prime minister's office was not immediately avaliable to comment.
