该诉讼由知名动漫配音演员津田健次郎提起，被告是一个匿名 TikTok 账号运营者，该账号在超过180个视频中使用了他声音的人工智能克隆。
The lawsuit was filed by popular anime voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda against an anonymous operator of a TikTok account that used an AI clone of his voice across more than 180 videos.
首席法官高桥彩判定，未经授权将津田的声音用于商业牟利侵犯了他的公开权，并指出人类声音与肖像一样，体现个人的人格特征。由于该账号已经关闭，法院驳回了津田要求删除相关视频的请求。
Presiding Judge Aya Takahashi ruled that unauthorized commercial exploitation of Tsuda's voice infringed on his publicity rights, stating that human voices represent individual personality akin to a portrait. The court dismissed Tsuda's request to order the videos deleted because the account had already been closed.
