Saudi Arabia has raised oil flows through its key cross-country pipeline to more than 80% of capacity, with volumes available for exports from the kingdom’s west coast reaching wartime highs as it sends less to domestic refineries.

State-run Saudi Aramco was pumping close to 6 million barrels a day through the East-West pipeline, said a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. After accounting for supplies to refineries on Saudi Arabia’s west coast, the company now has about 4.5 million barrels a day of flows available for exports, the person said. Aramco and the Saudi energy ministry didn’t respond to requests for comments outside normal working hours.
