Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing, posted a teaser video on X on Thursday. It shows the old rainbow Apple logo, embroidered, and sets a launch for Tuesday 13 October. “Welcome home. October 13,” Joswiak wrote.

What Apple is expected to show Apple has not said what it will launch. Bloomberg, which first reported the date last week, has more detail. Its Apple reporter Mark Gurman described the line-up on his Power On podcast on Thursday. He expects three main devices: a smart home hub with a display, a new HomePod mini with a faster chip and a new Apple TV. Gurman said Apple first wanted to release the devices at the end of 2024.
