Infrastructure company PNC Infratech Ltd on Monday said the National Highways Authority of India has extended the debarment of Awadh Expressway Pvt Ltd to the company for three years, restricting it from participating in bids of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , NHAI and their executing agencies.

The company received the NHAI letter on September 11, extending the debarment of Awadh Expressway, the concessionaire, to PNC Infratech as its promoter.PNC Infratech and the concessionaire are evaluating legal remedies in the matter, the company said in a regulatory filing.该公司将在三年内无法参与印度公路运输和公路部、国家公路管理局及其执行机构的任何投标。
