By David Cohen Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) said Sunday that President Donald Trump “can go from zero to a-hole in about three seconds,” referring to a recent Truth Social post in which the president shared the cellphone number of Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.).
Speaking on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Kennedy said he considers the president his “friend,” but said he should have not given out Cotton’s number. “He exists loudly. He can be tempestuous,” Kennedy said of Trump. “I don’t think he should have given out Tom’s cell phone number. I don’t think that’s going to help convince Tom.”
