A Liberia-flagged oil tanker was attacked by uncrewed boats in the Black Sea near the Russian resort city of Sochi, state-run news agency Tass reported.
俄罗斯交通部表示，所有23名船员（均为印度国籍）已被救起，初步信息显示没有受伤人员。该部表示，攻击阿夫拉马克斯里奥油轮后，黑海上油品正在燃烧。
Russia’s Transport Ministry said all 23 crew members, who are Indian nationals, were rescued and preliminary information indicated there were no injuries. Oil is burning openly in the Black Sea following the attack on the Aframax Rio tanker, the ministry said.
斯里乌斯联邦领地行政一职的德米特里·普利什金表示，斯里乌斯的海滩已关闭，水和空气质量正在持续监测。
Dmitry Plishkin, head of the Sirius federal territory administration, said beaches in Sirius were closed following the fire, while water and air quality are being continuously monitored.
他说：根据大气空气质量监测数据，斯里乌斯联邦领地的污染物浓度远低于最大允许浓度，对健康没有威胁。
"According to atmospheric air quality monitoring data, pollutant concentrations in the Sirius Federal Territory remain many times lower than the maximum permissible concentrations and pose no threat to health," he said.
