Saudi Aramco has approached traders this week offering additional spot crude oil cargoes for delivery into Europe in late October and into mid-November, three trade sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. A spokesperson for the state-owned oil company did not immediately reply to a Reuters request for comment.
