Euroclear is in advanced talks to enter the roughly 30-strong group that includes the likes of buyout firm EQT AB, telecom giant Ericsson AB and the Novo Nordisk Foundation, according to a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private. Terma’s Chief Executive Officer Henriette Thygesen confirmed the company is joining the alliance.
