Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MIT) chief Ibrahim Kalin met Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibeh in Tripoli on Tuesday to discuss efforts to unify the country's rival eastern and western administrations and military forces, Turkish security sources said.
