Finance ministers from member economies in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum have agreed to strengthen macroeconomic policy communication and coordination to address external risks and challenges, Chinese Minister of Finance Lan Foan said on Wednesday.
蓝佛安在香港举行的财长会议结束后的简报会上说，与会者还就推动金融领域务实合作达成共识，重点在于支持民生、数字基础设施融资以及因地制宜的普惠金融发展措施。
At the conclusion of the ministers' meeting in Hong Kong, they also reached a consensus on promoting practical cooperation in the financial sector, which focused on supporting people's livelihoods, digital infrastructure financing and locally adapted measures for inclusive finance development, Lan said at a briefing.
会议还单独发布了一份关于亚太地区数字基础设施融资的政策声明，旨在支持区域贸易、经济互联互通并增强经济机遇。
Separately, a policy statement was released on digital infrastructure financing for the Asia-Pacific region, aimed at supporting regional trade, economic connectivity and enhancing economic opportunities.
声明称：“我们鼓励成员经济体开发可靠、可及、可扩展、可信、安全和有韧性的数字基础设施；提升数字素养和技能；促进互操作性；以及跨境数字互联互通，以加速亚太地区的数字化转型。”
"We encourage member economies to develop reliable, accessible, scalable, trusted, secure and resilient digital infrastructure; enhance digital literacy and skills; promote interoperability; and cross-border digital connectivity to accelerate the digital transformation in the Asia-Pacific region," it said.
声明还称，部长们还寻求公共部门、私营部门和多边开发银行之间更深层次的合作，以促进创新和风险缓释。
Ministers also sought deeper collaboration between the public sector, the private sector and multilateral development banks to foster innovation and risk mitigation, it said.
