鲁比奥周二在接受印度电视台采访时表示，已达成协议，将在11月15日至17日菲律宾马尼拉举行的东盟相关会议期间召开“四方”领导人峰会。
Rubio said in an interview with Indian television on Tuesday that there has been an agreement to hold a Quad leaders’ summit during Association of Southeast Asian Nations-related meetings in Manila from Nov. 15 to 17.
“具体日期尚未确定，但峰会将会召开，我们对此非常期待，”鲁比奥透露道。
“We don’t have the specific date yet, but that’s going to happen, and we’re very enthusiastic about it,” Rubio revealed.
