President Trump said Thursday that he has “no idea” why the Justice Department is investigating Corey Lewandowski for misconduct, but that anyone working for him has to be honest. Those that are not honest, Trump went on to say, will face the DOJ.

“I want my people to be honest, and if they’re not going to be honest, they have to be prosecuted,” Trump told reporters before departing the White House in response to a question about a reported investigation of Lewandowski.

The accusations include that he profited from his role. The office has been examining contracting practices at the agency when Lewandowski was there.
