中国科技巨头正开出接近 100 万元人民币（约 14.97 万美元）的年薪包，以吸引能将 AI 模型转化为商业应用的人工智能工程师。
Chinese technology giants are dangling annual pay packages approaching 1 million yuan (US$149,739) to attract artificial intelligence engineers who can turn AI models into commercial applications.
字节跳动、腾讯控股和阿里巴巴集团等公司正加大对所谓“前向部署工程师”（FDE）的招聘和培训力度，这类工程师直接面向客户，开发并将 AI 应用集成到业务运营中。
Companies including ByteDance, Tencent Holdings and Alibaba Group Holding are stepping up recruitment and training of the so-called forward-deployed engineers (FDEs), who work directly with customers to develop and integrate AI applications into business operations.
此类专业人才的需求激增。国内职业社交平台脉脉的数据显示，今年前七个月中国 FDE 岗位招聘信息同比激增 1523%，成为报告涵盖的 AI 技术岗位中增速最快的角色。这种人才需求体现在丰厚的招聘条件中。
Demand for such professionals has been soaring. Job postings for FDEs in China surged 1,523 per cent in the first seven months from the same period in 2025, according to data from domestic professional networking platform Maimai, making it the fastest-growing AI technical role covered by the report. This demand for talent has been reflected in lucrative hiring posts.
据中国招聘平台 Boss 直聘上的职位发布，字节跳动在其 AI 业务中发布的 FDE 岗位月薪为 3.5 万至 6.5 万元，按 15 薪计算，潜在年薪最高可达 97.5 万元。
ByteDance has advertised FDE positions in its AI business offering between 35,000 yuan and 65,000 yuan a month, with 15 months of annual pay, putting potential yearly compensation at as much as 975,000 yuan, according to job postings on Chinese recruitment platform Boss Zhipin.
官方数据显示，2025 年中国人均可支配收入仅为 4.3377 万元，形成鲜明对比。
For comparison, the annual disposable income in China was only 43,377 yuan on average in 2025, official data showed.

Ant Digital Technologies, the technology arm of Ant Group, has offered between 40,000 yuan and 60,000 yuan a month for business-facing FDEs, according to Boss Zhipin posts. Ant is a fintech affiliate of Alibaba, which owns the South China Morning Post.
其他招聘信息显示，腾讯 FDE 相关岗位月薪为 3 万至 6 万元，阿里云部署工程岗位月薪最高达 5 万元。
Other listings have put Tencent FDE-related positions at between 30,000 yuan and 60,000 yuan per month, while Alibaba Cloud deployment engineering roles have advertised salaries of up to 50,000 yuan per month.
美国 AI 公司也在推动类似举措。本月早些时候，Anthropic 宣布投入 1 亿美元，计划到 2027 年底培养 1 万名 FDE。
US AI companies are making a similar push. Earlier this month, Anthropic announced a US$100 million initiative to train 10,000 FDEs by the end of 2027.
但据北京一家领先人工智能公司的资深人力资源专业人士王乔治（George Wang，音译）表示，这些引人注目的薪酬待遇并不一定反映大多数 FDE（现场部署工程师）的收入水平。
But the eye-catching pay packages do not necessarily reflect what most FDEs earn, according to George Wang, a senior human resources professional at a leading AI company in Beijing.
王乔治说：“部分岗位宣传的高薪仅代表市场的一小部分。大多数职位的薪资并没有那么高。”
“The high salaries advertised for some of these jobs represent only a small part of the market. Most positions do not pay that much,” Wang said.

He said demand was nevertheless strong for “AI-native full-stack developers with experience building AI agents”, as companies reorganised their operations around the technology.

The scramble for talent is also prompting Chinese companies to develop their own FDE workforce. Tencent Cloud earlier this year introduced what it described as the industry’s first FDE certification, targeting partner engineers and developers working with its Agent Development Platform.
北京方面也对该职业给予支持。8 月下旬，工业和信息化部发布通知，鼓励企业组建驻客户现场的 FDE 团队以助力 AI 应用落地，同时呼吁高校培养相关人才。
Beijing has thrown its support behind the profession. In late August, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice encouraging firms to build FDE teams embedded at customer sites to help implement AI applications, while calling on universities to cultivate relevant talent.
一位化名苏（Su）的北京工程师表示，随着企业寻求能够连接技术开发与商业需求的人才，该角色变得愈发重要。
A Beijing-based engineer who goes by Su said the role had become increasingly valuable as businesses sought talent capable of bridging technical development and commercial needs.

“We look for people who can quickly understand the needs of clients in different industries, choose suitable AI tools and take a solution through to implementation,” said Su, who previously led an internal FDE team at a major Chinese internet company. ByteDance, Alibaba, and Tencent did not respond to requests for comment.
