Ltd.’s CEO will give up his FY27 short term incentive and long-term incentive opportunities after the Australia data center developer cut its earnings guidance due to delayed power supply at one of its major projects in Melbourne.

Flynn and the company’s non-executive directors have also agreed to a 10% reduction in their fees, according to a statement ahead of the company’s annual general meeting next month. The board withdrew a resolution to seek shareholder approval to increase the maximum annual remuneration of non-executive directors by A$300,000, to A$2.5 million from A$2.2 million.
