亚美尼亚外长阿拉拉特·米尔佐扬周三表示，亚美尼亚看不到重返集体安全条约组织（集安组织）的可能性。
Armenia sees no possibility of returning to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said Wednesday.
他在埃里温举行的新闻发布会上说，该国已停止参与该组织的活动。
Speaking at a news conference in Yerevan, he said his country had stopped participating in the organization’s activities.
他说：“我们很久以前就停止参与这一架构的工作，冻结了我们的成员国身份，我们不会改变立场。我们不认为我们会重返集安组织。”
“We stopped participating in the work of this structure a long time ago, froze our membership, and we will not change our position. We do not see ourselves returning to the CSTO,” he said.
集安组织秘书长塔拉特别克·马萨德科夫早些时候表示，2026年11月11日在莫斯科举行的该组织集体安全理事会会议上可能会提出驱逐亚美尼亚的问题。
CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov earlier said that the issue of expelling Armenia could be raised at a meeting of the organization’s Collective Security Council in Moscow on Nov. 11, 2026.
亚美尼亚总理尼科尔·帕希尼扬也表示，他将支持该国被驱逐，并补充说埃里温不打算在未来五年内加强与集安组织的接触。
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has also said he would support the country’s expulsion, adding that Yerevan does not intend to increase its engagement with the organization over the next five years.

Armenia froze its participation in the CSTO in 2024. Pashinyan said in December of that year that relations between Armenia and the organization had passed the point of no return.
