TOKYO -- Daiwa Securities Group fund plans to offer roughly 30 billion yen ($191 million) in digital real estate securities tied to its purchase of most of the Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho complex, it was learned Friday, in what would rank among Japan's largest single digital property investment offerings for retail investors.
