Nick Taylor-Vaisey: You’ve just wrapped up the 21st Canada-EU summit here in Montreal. This is a milestone meeting. You’re here to deepen Transatlantic ties. But there is, we know, some dispute about how to characterize and name the Canada-EU relationship. How would you describe the relationship status with the EU in one word?
