Springsteen praised El-Sayed in a Monday Instagram post, calling him a "fighter for our American Constitution."

El-Sayed, who's running against former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) in the Great Lakes state, is a "fighter for our American Democracy, and he's a fighter against the corrupt, lawless, and anti-American leadership currently in the White House," the 77-year-old musician said.
