新加坡：新加坡航空（新航）约4.6万条预订记录的数据在一起涉及软件供应商Amadeus的数据泄露事件中被访问。
SINGAPORE: Data relating to about 46,000 Singapore Airlines (SIA) booking records was accessed in a data breach involving software provider Amadeus.
新航周二（11月3日）在媒体声明中表示，被访问的数据包括客户姓名、预订参考号、旅行行程和预订舱位等级。
In a media statement on Tuesday (Nov 3), SIA said the data accessed included customers’ names, booking reference numbers, travel itineraries and booking classes.
新航称，对于约620条预订记录，包括电子邮件地址、电话号码、旅行证件详情和KrisFlyer会员号在内的信息也可能已被访问。
For about 620 booking records, information including email addresses, phone numbers, travel document details and KrisFlyer membership numbers may also have been accessed, it said.
此次事件涉及未经授权的第三方访问存放在Amadeus平台上的客户数据，该平台支持新航部分预订和订票流程。新航表示，其自身的IT系统未遭入侵。
The incident involved unauthorised third-party access to customer data held on Amadeus’ platform, which supports some of SIA’s reservation and booking processes. SIA said its own IT systems were not breached.
新航称，Amadeus已在事件发生后实施了遏制措施和额外的安全防护。
Amadeus has implemented containment measures and additional security safeguards following the incident, SIA said.
Amadeus确认，泄露的数据不包含银行账户或信用卡信息，且未因未经授权的访问导致任何预订被更改。
Amadeus confirmed that the exposed data did not include bank account or credit card information and that no bookings were changed as a result of the unauthorised access.
作为预防措施，新航正联系即将出行的受影响客户更改其预订参考号。新航表示，已通知相关当局，并就给受影响客户造成的不便致歉。新航补充道：“保护客户个人数据对新航至关重要。”
As a precaution, SIA is contacting affected customers with upcoming travel to change their booking reference numbers. SIA said it had informed the relevant authorities and apologised to affected customers for any inconvenience caused. “The protection of our customers’ personal data is of utmost importance to SIA,” it added.
近几天，包括国泰航空、马来西亚航空、韩国亚洲航空和日本航空在内的多家航空公司已披露受到Amadeus事件影响。
Several other airlines have disclosed that they were affected by the Amadeus incident in recent days, including Cathay Pacific Airways, Malaysia Airlines South Korea's Asiana Airlines and Japan Airlines.
