Russia launched overnight strikes across Ukraine on Tuesday, hitting two foreign-flagged cargo vessels in the Black Sea and two data centres in Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia carried out a wave of strikes overnight into Tuesday, targeting sites across Ukraine including the capital, Kyiv. He said two data centres in the city were hit alongside other infrastructure, though he did not immediately detail casualties from the Kyiv strikes.
