DIP Holding, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments (DINV.DU), said on Monday it plans to float 20% of its shares on the Dubai Financial Market in an initial public offer that would be the UAE's first in 2026.
该发行将分为四个部分，认购期为10月27日至11月3日，预计交易将于11月11日左右开始。
The offering will be split across four tranches, with subscription running from October 27 to November 3, while trading is expected to begin around November 11.
