MOSCOW, Oct 19 - Russian President Vladimir Putin has backed a government reshuffle proposed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, state news agencies reported on Monday, citing the Kremlin.
“在讨论社会和经济事务的同时，总理向国家元首提出了一系列政府内部人事变动方案。这些方案得到了普京的批准，”克里姆林宫发言人德米特里·佩斯科夫据俄罗斯通讯社报道如是说。
"Along with a discussion on social and economic matters the prime minister proposed a number of personnel changes within the government to the head of state. These were endorsed by Putin," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Russian news agencies.
此次改组紧随9月议会选举之后进行，该选举更新了国家杜马下院的席位，并且正值俄罗斯在预算赤字上升、税收增加以及利率相对较高的情况下寻求新的增长来源之际。
The reshuffle follows a September parliamentary election which renewed the ranks of the State Duma lower house of parliament and comes as Russia is looking for new sources of growth amid a rising budget deficit, higher taxes and relatively high interest rates.

The new ministers, who have not yet been publicly named, will be put forward for parliamentary approval, the Kremlin said, without giving further details.
