Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin submitted nominations for five Cabinet posts to the State Duma, the government press service said Monday.
此次内阁改组是在9月议会选举之后进行的，该选举产生了新一届下议院——国家杜马。
The Cabinet reshuffle follows September parliamentary elections that ushered in a new convocation of the lower chamber, the State Duma.

“Following a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, a number of decisions were made regarding changes to the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers. In accordance with the Russian Constitution, Mishustin submitted to the State Duma the nominations agreed upon with the head of state,” the government said in a statement.
这些提名任命包括：交通部长安德烈·尼京担任副总理；滨海边疆区州长奥列格·科热米亚科担任副总理并兼任总统远东联邦区特使；以及第一副财政部长伊琳娜·奥克拉尼科娃担任副总理并兼任政府办公厅主任。
The proposed appointments include Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin as deputy prime minister; Primorye Territory Governor Oleg Kozhemyako as deputy prime minister and presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District; and First Deputy Finance Minister Irina Okladnikova as deputy prime minister and chief of the government staff.
财政部长安东·西卢诺夫被提名同时担任副总理和财政部长；联邦航空运输署（罗萨维亚西亚）署长德米特里·亚德罗夫被提名担任交通部长。根据俄罗斯宪法，国家杜马必须批准这些提名。
Finance Minister Anton Siluanov has been nominated to serve as both deputy prime minister and finance minister, while Dmitry Yadrov, head of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya), has been proposed as transport minister. Under the Russian Constitution, the State Duma must approve the nominations.
