When the Federal Reserve meets this week to decide whether to raise interest rates or hold them steady, all eyes will be on Chairman Kevin Warsh. But he is one vote and must find consensus among a committee of 11 others who make rate decisions. Seven nonvoters also weigh in.

They include three bankers, a hedge-fund investor, a management consultant and economists—plus one former Fed chair.

At their last meeting, on Sept. 16, they voted unanimously to raise rates for the first time in three years. President Trump, who has complained bitterly about rate hikes, has said that Warsh is being pressed toward higher rates by a hostile board.

Here are the 19 officials, including Warsh, who will be at the table, and what they have said recently about interest rates.
