Freedom Holding Corp. is developing the $2bn hub under an agreement signed in November 2025 with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the Nasdaq-listed group said in a statement on Monday. The site is planned with 100MW of available power. Freedom is the main financing and delivery partner and will run the hub.

Jensen Huang in Astana Turlov met Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang in Astana on 23 October, during Huang’s first visit to Kazakhstan. Turlov presented Freedom’s technology businesses and its AI plans, the company said. The statement does not name a chip supplier for the hub.
