China's central bank taps liquidity tool to fund share purchases BEIJING/SHANGHAI, Nov 2 - China's central bank said on Monday it will conduct swap facility operations for securities, fund and insurance firms on November 3.
央行补充说，共有31家机构申请，配额金额为1000亿元（约合150.4亿美元）。该工具允许机构获取流动性以购买股票。
A total of 31 firms applied, with an allotment amount of 100 billion yuan ($15.04 billion), the central bank added. The tool allows institutions to obtain liquidity to buy stocks.
