Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in the Belarusian capital Minsk on Monday to attend the 4th Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.

Lavrov is expected to address the conference's plenary session, outlining ways to advance Moscow's proposal for a Eurasian security architecture and develop the proposed Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. He will also present Russia's assessment of the military and political situation across Eurasia, the ministry said.
