Somalia strongly condemned on Tuesday Israel’s “purported accreditation” of its ambassador in the breakaway region of Somaliland.
摩加迪沙表示，以色列的这一举动无效，索马里的国家统一不可谈判。
Mogadishu said the Israeli move is null and void, and Somali national unity is not negotiable.
索马里外交部关于特拉维夫未经联邦政府同意所采取行动的声明称，这构成了对索马里主权、领土完整和统一的公然侵犯。索马里拒绝承认该行为，认为其无效且无法律效力。
A Foreign Ministry statement on Tel Aviv’s actions, undertaken without the consent of the Federal Government of Somalia, said it constitutes a flagrant violation of Somalia's sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity. Somalia rejects it as null and void and without legal effect.
声明表示，哈尔格萨和分离主义的索马里兰地区仍是索马里联邦共和国不可分割的一部分。
It said Hargeisa and the breakaway Somaliland region remain an integral and inseparable part of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
“根据《维也纳外交关系公约》，建立外交关系和常设外交使团需要主权国家的同意，”声明称。
“The establishment of diplomatic relations and permanent diplomatic missions requires the consent of the sovereign State, as provided for in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations,” it said.
外交部表示，任何单方面行为都无法绕过这一要求，也无法改变索马里领土的地位。
The ministry indicated that no unilateral act can bypass that requirement or alter the status of Somali territory.
“这些措施加剧了以色列在2025年12月的非法承认，该承认已遭到非盟、政府间发展组织（IGAD）、阿拉伯国家联盟和伊斯兰合作组织的拒绝，”声明补充道。
“These measures compound Israel's unlawful recognition of December 2025, already rejected by the African Union, IGAD (Intergovernmental Authority on Development), the League of Arab States and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation,” it added.
外交部警告称，在红海和亚丁湾安全局势紧张之际，鼓励分裂、无视国际公认边界的行为可能加剧本已脆弱地区的紧张局势。
The Foreign Ministry warned that amid heightened insecurity in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, actions that encourage fragmentation and disregard internationally recognized borders risk deepening tensions in an already fragile region.
摩加迪沙要求以色列“立即”撤销这些措施，并敦促所有国家和国际组织拒绝这些措施，避免任何会赋予其合法性的接触。
Mogadishu demanded that Israel “immediately” reverse the measures, and urged all states and international organizations to reject them and refrain from any engagement that would confer legitimacy upon them.
联邦政府表示，保留根据国际法采取所有适当的外交、政治和法律途径，以捍卫国家主权、统一和领土完整的权利。
It said the federal government reserves the right to employ all appropriate diplomatic, political and legal avenues under international law to defend the country's sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.
