Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned Friday that easing sanctions on Russia without a de-escalation deal would be an "obvious weakness," following a diesel supply agreement announced by US President Donald Trump after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
泽连斯基在美社交平台X上发文称，他周五早些时候在基辅会见了美国国会两党代表团。他表示，呼吁加强对俄制裁并增加施压，同时进一步支持乌克兰。
In a statement on US social media platform X, Zelenskyy said he had received a bipartisan delegation from the US Congress in Kyiv earlier Friday. He said he called for stronger sanctions and increased pressure on Russia, as well as further support for Ukraine.

"And today, there was a conversation between the leaders of America and Russia. A conversation that leads to something different," Zelenskyy said.

The Ukrainian president argued that Russia's recent increase in airstrikes against Ukraine was intended to compensate for Moscow's "inability to achieve their objectives on the battlefield."

He said Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries and other facilities were a response to Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

"Gifts to Putin will not bring peace or any benefit to the civilized world. Russia will 'repay' the diesel with further terror and perfidy," Zelenskyy said.

"Allowing Russia to sell petroleum products is an investment in a war that must be ended, not prolonged. What is needed is real de-escalation with Russia on a reciprocal basis," he added.
泽连斯基的上述言论，是在特朗普宣布他与普京进行了“高度成功的讨论”之后发表的。
Zelenskyy's remarks followed Trump's announcement of what he described as a "highly successful discussion" with Putin.
特朗普在其 Truth Social 平台上表示，会谈达成协议，俄罗斯将“立即供应”超过 30 万吨柴油至美国和全球市场。
Trump said on his Truth Social platform that the talks resulted in an agreement for Russia to "immediately supply" more than 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to US and global markets.
据特朗普称，俄罗斯将在 11 月再提供 50 万吨，随后“立即”提供 100 万吨。他补充说，视俄罗斯柴油炼厂状况而定，另外 300 万吨将在“短期内”交付。
According to Trump, Russia would provide another 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons "immediately thereafter." He added that another 3 million tons would be delivered "within a short period," depending on the condition of Russian diesel refineries.
