The European Council on Thursday extended by one year, until Oct. 9, 2027, restrictive measures against individuals and entities allegedly responsible for Russia's "hybrid" activities abroad.
欧盟方面称，俄罗斯仍在持续并加剧各类行动，包括针对欧盟、其成员国及合作伙伴实施的外国信息操纵与干预行为。此次制裁涉及80名个人及20个实体。
The EU body claimed Russia was continuing and intensifying activities including foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) targeting the EU, its member states and partners. The sanctions cover 80 individuals and 20 entities.
受制裁对象将面临资产冻结；同时，欧盟公民及企业也被禁止向其提供任何资金、金融资产或经济资源。此外，被列入名单的个人还受到旅行禁令限制，不得进入或经欧盟领土中转。
Those subject to the measures face an asset freeze, while EU citizens and companies are prohibited from making funds, financial assets or economic resources available to them. The individuals listed are also subject to a travel ban, preventing them from entering or transiting through EU territory.
