The European Central Bank might have to raise borrowing costs again, according to Bundesbank President Joachim Nagel.

“We’ve raised key interest rates twice,” he told reporters in Bangkok, where he’s attending the IMF annual meeting. “If the situation remains as it is, we don’t rule out the possibility that we may have to take further action.”The ECB has already tightened twice in this cycle and is widely expected to go for another 25 basis-point move at its December policy meeting.
