新加坡：新加坡外交部周一表示，德国总理弗里德里希·梅尔茨将于周二（10月27日）至周三对新加坡进行首次正式访问。
SINGAPORE: German Chancellor Friedrich Merz will make his first official visit to Singapore from Tuesday (Oct 27) to Wednesday, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said on Monday.
外交部在声明中表示，此次正式访问反映了新加坡与德国之间“温暖、长期且多层面”的伙伴关系。
The official visit reflects the "warm, longstanding and multifaceted" partnership between Singapore and Germany, MFA said in a statement.
总理黄循财将为总理举行欢迎仪式，随后两位领导人将举行双边会晤。黄循财还将设宴款待总理。
Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will host a welcome ceremony for the chancellor before the two leaders have a bilateral meeting. Mr Wong will also host a dinner in the chancellor’s honour.
自2025年5月起担任德国总理的梅尔茨还将拜会总统尚达曼，并接受资深部长李显龙设午宴款待。
Mr Merz, who has served as the Chancellor of Germany since May 2025, will also call on President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and be hosted to lunch by Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
