阿塞拜疆总统伊利哈姆·阿利耶夫周四向土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安发送贺电，祝贺该国建国103周年共和国日，土耳其外交消息人士称。
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Thursday sent Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan a congratulatory message for the nation’s 103rd Republic Day, said Turkish diplomatic sources.
阿利耶夫在致埃尔多安的贺电中表示，土耳其和阿塞拜疆“由经得起时间考验的深厚友谊和兄弟情谊纽带相连”，阿塞拜疆总统府称。
In a message addressed to Erdogan, Aliyev said that Türkiye and Azerbaijan are “bound by deep-rooted ties of friendship and brotherhood that have withstood the test of time,” said the Azerbaijani Presidency.
“随着2021年舒沙宣言的签署，我们的双边关系被提升至最高水平——即盟友水平——并获得了质的新维度和内涵，”阿利耶夫说。
“With theg of the Shusha Declaration in 2021, our bilateral relations were elevated to the highest level – that of an alliance – and acquired a qualitatively new dimension and substance,” Aliyev said.
他接着祝愿他的土耳其同僚“健康、幸福，并在履行最高职务职责方面取得一切成功，并祝愿兄弟般的土耳其共和国及其人民持久和平与繁荣。”另外，阿塞拜疆第一夫人兼第一副总统梅赫里班·阿利耶娃也在社交媒体平台X上发布贺电，庆祝土耳其共和国日。
He went on to wish his Turkish counterpart “robust health, happiness, and every success in discharging the duties of the highest office, and the brotherly Republic of Türkiye and its people enduring peace and prosperity.”Separately, Azerbaijan’s first lady and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva also published a congratulatory message on US social media company X marking Türkiye's Republic Day.
