韩国总统李在明与土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安同意深化两国战略伙伴关系，并在核能、国防工业、贸易和技术等多个领域扩大合作，李在明周二表示。
South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to deepen the strategic partnership between their countries and expand cooperation in several areas, particularly nuclear energy, defense industry, trade, and technology, Lee said Tuesday.
在韩国首尔总统府举行的一对一会谈和代表团会谈后，李在明在与埃尔多安的联合记者会上发表了上述讲话。
Lee spoke at a joint news conference with Erdogan following their one-on-one and delegation-level meetings at the Presidential Palace in the South Korean capital Seoul.
李在明对接待埃尔多安及其代表团表示高兴，他说：“土耳其在我们国民心中是‘血盟之邦’，意指与我们有血缘纽带的兄弟。”他强调，韩国国民今天享有的自由与和平，归功于约2万名土耳其士兵在1950年至1953年朝鲜战争中与韩国人民并肩作战，并向他们的牺牲致敬。
Expressing his pleasure at hosting Erdogan and his delegation, Lee said: "Türkiye is our blood brother in the hearts of our people, meaning a brother bound to us by blood." He emphasized that the South Korean people owe the freedom and peace they enjoy today to approximately 20,000 Turkish soldiers who fought alongside the Korean people during the 1950-53 Korean War, paying tribute to their sacrifices.
李在明说：“今天，埃尔多安总统和我同意，基于通过鲜血铸就的深厚友谊与信任，扩大双方合作。”
"Today, President Erdogan and I agreed to expand our cooperation based on the deep friendship and trust forged through blood," Lee said.
他表示，双方回顾了2025年11月达成协议的落实进展，并探讨了进一步深化两国战略伙伴关系的途径。
He said they reviewed progress in implementing the agreements reached in November 2025 and discussed ways to further deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
李在明指出，双方同意在核能、国防工业和“阿尔泰”主战坦克项目等战略领域加强务实合作。他说，土耳其核电站项目合作进展顺利。
Lee noted that they agreed to strengthen concrete cooperation in strategic areas, including nuclear energy, defense industry and the Altay main tank project. He said cooperation on the nuclear power plant project in Türkiye is progressing smoothly.
他说：“基于这些成果，我们签署了《关于核电项目融资合作的谅解备忘录》。”
"Building on these achievements, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Regarding Nuclear Power Project Financing," he said.
李在明还强调，自去年首脑会晤以来，国防工业合作稳步发展，并回顾了双方国防工业与后勤联合委员会于7月举行会议。
Lee also highlighted the steady development of defense industry cooperation since last year's summit, recalling that the joint committee on defense industry and logistics met in July.

Defense industry cooperation to deepen Noting that the two countries signed a letter of intent on cooperation in military vessels in September, Lee said such steps have gradually expanded bilateral cooperation.

Lee also noted that cooperation had developed following theg of a memorandum of understanding on road infrastructure last year, adding that a new agreement on transportation and connectivity would further expand cooperation.

"We will increase investment and stability based on mutual benefit and by strengthening economic cooperation," he said.
回顾2023年土耳其与韩国的贸易额首次突破100亿美元，李表示，双边贸易去年创下历史新高。
Recalling that trade volume between Türkiye and South Korea exceeded $10 billion for the first time in 2023, Lee said bilateral trade reached a record high last year.
“去年，土耳其与韩国的贸易额达到107亿美元，创下自建交以来的最高纪录，”他说。
"Last year, trade volume between Türkiye and South Korea reached $10.7 billion, setting a record since the establishment of diplomatic relations," he said.
为确保平衡、稳定的贸易合作，李强调必须解决双边贸易障碍，营造更为稳定的营商环境。
Efforts to ensure balanced, stable trade cooperation Lee emphasized the importance of addressing obstacles to bilateral trade and creating a more stable business environment.

"We will continue our efforts to resolve trade imbalances, import-restrictive measures and delays in customs procedures one by one, providing companies from both countries with a more stable operating environment," he said.

"We also agreed to continue cooperation between our governments to resolve work permit issues faced by our compatriots." Lee said the two countries would also expand cooperation in biotechnology, energy, science and technology, natural resources and mining.
他指出，将继续推进与韩国SK Plasma公司合作在土耳其建立血浆衍生药物制造设施的项目，确保其顺利进行。
He noted that efforts would continue to ensure the smooth progress of a project to establish a plasma-derived pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Türkiye in cooperation with South Korean company SK Plasma.
李说，两国同意在峰会期间签署的《加强能源领域合作谅解备忘录》基础上，成立“韩土能源转型论坛”。
Lee said the two countries agreed to establish the "South Korea-Türkiye Energy Transition Forum" based on the Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Cooperation in the Energy Sector signed during the summit.

He added that the forum would help expand cooperation in clean energy, hydrogen, and renewable energy.

He said he would work closely with Erdogan to fully implement the agreements reached during the summit and achieve concrete results.
