乌克兰总统泽连斯基周四表示，西班牙已向乌克兰提供一项新的4.37亿欧元（4.89亿美元）军事援助计划。
Spain has provided Ukraine with a new €437 million ($489 million) military assistance package, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Thursday.
泽连斯基在美社交媒体平台X上发布声明称，他在马德里会见了西班牙首相桑切斯，讨论了乌克兰“最紧迫的国防需求”。这位乌克兰总统强调，西班牙在与俄罗斯的战争期间始终支持基辅。
In a statement on the US social media platform X, Zelenskyy said he met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid to discuss Ukraine's "most pressing defense needs." The Ukrainian president stressed that Spain had consistently supported Kyiv throughout the war with Russia.
泽连斯基表示，他向桑切斯通报了俄罗斯打击乌克兰关键基础设施的情况，包括能源设施、物流网络和铁路。
Zelenskyy said he briefed Sanchez on Russian strikes targeting Ukraine's critical infrastructure, including energy facilities, logistics networks and railways.

"This year, Russia has damaged more of our locomotives than in all the previous years of this war combined," he said.

"Our power grid and water supply are under constant attack. The situation is difficult, especially in Kyiv, and every step of humanitarian support is also very important," Zelenskyy added. Sanchez, for his part, said that Spain will continue to stand with the Ukrainian people.
