Rania R.a. Abushamala Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet warned Tuesday that the Houthi group would face consequences for repeated attacks on the kingdom’s airports and the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, saying it would not allow threats to its security or freedom of maritime navigation.
据沙特通讯社报道，内阁谴责胡塞武装多次袭击前往麦加、麦地那两座圣城的朝觐者，以及针对民用设施和经济设施的攻击行为。
In remarks carried by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Cabinet condemned the repeated Houthi attacks on people visiting the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina, as well as civilian and economic facilities. The Cabinet said the group would “face the consequences of its crimes and repeated heinous attacks.”
内阁强调，胡塞武装“必将为其犯下的罪行及屡次实施的恶劣袭击行为付出代价”。同时，沙特对那些谴责胡塞武装行径的国家与国际组织表示感谢。
The kingdom “will not allow threats to its security or freedom of maritime navigation in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait,” the Cabinet said. It also expressed appreciation for countries and international organizations that have condemned the group’s attacks.
