土耳其航空航天工业公司（TAI）计划于2027年中旬发射其首颗光学地球观测卫星——Hursat-1。
Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) is planning to launch the first of its optical Earth-observation satellites, Hursat-1, in mid-2027.
该公司首席执行官向阿纳多卢通讯社透露，此次发射将标志着土耳其首个实现批量生产的卫星系列正式问世。
The launch of the craft will mark the debut of Türkiye’s first mass-produced satellite family, the firm’s CEO told Anadolu.
在安塔利亚省举行的第77届国际宇航大会（IAC）期间，梅赫梅特·德米罗格鲁表示，这颗分辨率低于1米的卫星将作为卫星星座的一部分在近地轨道上运行。
Mehmet Demiroglu, speaking on the sidelines of the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in the southwestern province of Antalya, stated that the sub-meter-resolution satellite will operate in low Earth orbit (LEO) as part of a constellation.
他说道：“这颗卫星的发射将大幅提升土耳其在航天领域的竞争力。首颗卫星发射后，我们还计划于2028至2029年间借助Roketsan公司研发的Simsek-1火箭发射Hursat-2。”
“The launch of this satellite will significantly elevate Türkiye in the satellite race, since after the launch of the first satellite, we will launch the Hursat-2 aboard Roketsan’s Simsek-1 rocket sometime in 2028-2029,” he said.
德米罗格鲁指出，使用国产火箭发射国产卫星将使土耳其跻身具备独立进入太空能力的航天强国行列。
Demiroglu stated that launching a homegrown satellite aboard a domestic rocket will position Türkiye among an elite group of spacefaring countries with independent orbital access.
Hursat系列卫星平台采用了模块化且可重复使用的子系统设计，能够搭载各类光学及通信载荷。
The Hursat platform uses modular, reusable subsystems to support a wide range of optical and communications payloads.
TAI的目标是实现该系列卫星的规模化批量生产，从而降低制造成本并争取更多出口订单。
TAI aims to progress the program into high-rate mass production to drive down manufacturing costs and secure export contracts.
他表示：“卫星产业正处于快速发展阶段。如果我们能按既定计划实现低成本制造，相信无论大国还是小国都会对这类卫星平台产生浓厚兴趣。”
“The satellite sector is a rapidly expanding field, and if we can do the manufacturing in a cost-effective manner, which is our current plan, I believe many countries, both large and small, will seek out these platforms,” he said.
他补充道：“我们的航天系统集成与测试中心USET位居世界前列，也是土耳其唯一具备此类能力的企业。此外，我们还与阿塞尔桑公司以及土耳其科学技术研究理事会（TUBITAK）空间研究所保持密切合作。”
“Our space systems integration and test center USET is among the world’s leading centers, and TAI is the only firm operating such a center in Türkiye, but we also work in collaboration with both Aselsan and the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TUBITAK) Space,” he added.

Demiroglu said that the firm recently signed a deal to deliver 14 Hurkus-II trainer aircraft to the Azerbaijani Air Force, marking a new milestone in its fixed-wing aviation offerings, while the production of additional prototypes for the supersonic Hurjet trainer is ongoing to meet the delivery deadlines for the Turkish and Spanish air forces.

The IAC 2026 kicked off on Monday and will run until Friday. It is co-hosted by the Turkish Space Agency (TUA) and the SAHA Istanbul defense cluster and organized by the Industry and Technology Ministry. Anadolu serves as its global communications partner.
