In a clip from the event, members of the crowd can be seen aggressively grabbing, hitting and pulling the hair of a protester at the rally as the president looked on and said nothing to stop them.

“He’s a paid protester, they’re all paid,” Trump said instead, referring to the demonstrator as “scum.”Members of the sheriff’s office then brought the protester down the stairs of the event, as Trump commented on their body.

“They think they’re in Somalia where they don’t have pants to wear,” Trump said of Somalis living in Minnesota. “They come here, they go in BMWs and Mercedes, and they like that. Somalia, they love Mercedes. They come in, they have nothing, and they’re the number one buyers of Mercedes-Benz and BMWs in the state of Minnesota. The whole thing is crazy! Is crazy! Low IQ people.”

Trump has repeatedly insulted Somalis in the past, referring to them as “stupid people” who “come from a crooked country.”He also insulted Somali-American Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) during his rally.

“She’s a disaster,” he said. “She comes in from a country without laws, without police, without military, all they do is shoot each other. ... She comes from one of the worst countries anywhere on the planet.”

Earlier in the day, Homeland Security Investigations agents raided Omar’s home in Washington, D.C. That probe is reportedly related to immigration paperwork Omar’s now-deceased father filed when she was a child. GOP super PAC Defending Main Street mistakenly bought roughly $25,000 worth of ad spots in Portland, Oregon, where it ran ads intended for viewers in Portland, Maine, multiple outlets reported. The ads, which aired over several days beginning last week, attack policies championed by Maine Democratic Senate nominee Troy Jackson.

In a statement to MS NOW, the super PAC blamed the error on its media vendor.

She was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and two flight attendants reported injuries while one received care at a hospital. Trump Airs More Taxpayer-Funded Propaganda Despite Judge's Order To Halt Them The Trump administration continued to air taxpayer-funded propaganda ads on television Monday morning despite a federal judge’s temporary order the night before blocking the government from running the campaign-style videos, according to advertising data from AdImpact.

After a coalition of advocacy groups filed a lawsuit challenging the ads – arguing they constitute taxpayer-funded “propaganda” – the Department of Homeland Security said in a Saturday court filing that the ads wouldn’t continue past Sunday. President Donald Trump had also said campaign funds would be used to pay for future ads.

In a Sunday order, Judge Jennifer Rochon wrote the administration must “cancel or cause to be cancelled” any such ads from airing starting Sunday evening, and that the government is banned from “using, disbursing, or transferring” DHS funds to develop and distribute the videos.

But according to the advertising data, two of the ads aired multiple times during various shows after Rochon’s deadline passed, including on “ABC World News Tonight” and CBS’s “60 Minutes.”The ads, which were paid for using DHS funds, included one resembling a Trump 2024 presidential campaign video and another of him and Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth advocating for the Iran war.

Democratic Party officials also filed a lawsuit against Trump last week seeking a court order to block the taxpayer-funded ads.
